Look up, way up. Thats where Stephen Karlisch went to snap this One Arts Plaza image of it's top realtors. The 24-story skyscraper is the new kid on the block, of downtown Dallas' Village of the Arts, the first city in the world with structures designed by no less than 4 Pritzker Prize winning architects: I.M. Pei, Renzo Piano, Norman Foster and Rem Koolhaas.
